Anger, stress and depression is the prelude…
I walk inside, scan, relax, and focus,

Breathe, I feel calm tranquil
Punch, all my troubles flow away,
Kick, to release all the tension
Block, building a barrier to harmonise my mind,
Strike, as I mean to move forward
Breathe, for a new beginning,

Anger, stress and depression… all gone,
I walk outside feeling new
